A full primary bath. The shower sits behind a half-wall with frameless glass above it, so the room keeps its light instead of being closed off by a framed enclosure — a fluted, wood-toned tile panel at the back, pebble underfoot, and a recessed niche set into the tile rather than hung on it.

Large-format tile runs across the floor and up the wet walls. The vanity carries two sinks under a single quartz top, with a lit mirror above it and matte black fittings throughout.
